The following program outline is designed to improve the interpreting skills and efficiency of workplace interpreters.
The training will aid in enhancing the overall effectiveness of employee and client communications.
Training for staff development is non-language specific. We will customize a training curriculum specific to the needs of your agency.
We will review your current Translator &Interpreter Services and assist you with overcoming possible barriers in the system.
The following 7 areas are offered as part of the general curriculum:

- Modes of Interpretation,(e.g.: Simultaneous, Consecutive)
- Translation (e.g.: Policies, Documents)
- Role Play (Accuracy & Transparency)
