About Lynn
Lynn Henry-Roach was born in Haiti and raised and educated in the United States and Canada. Lynn is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in French and Political Science and she has received extensive training in her fields throughout her career. She is a member and in good standing with the following associations: Atlanta Association of Interpreters & Translators (AAIT), Medical Interpreter Network of Georgia (MING) , and Rutgers Club of Atlanta. Lynn is a Board Certified member of The American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress specializing in School Crisis Response.
During her tenure in the corporate world, Lynn worked with many notable companies such as; Jackson Memorial Hospital, Bally’s Total Fitness, Catholic Charities, Department of Family & Child
ren Services and Cobb County School District. Through her work with these organizations, she was able to gain extensive experience in translation/interpretation, staff development training andadult education. With over 15 years of combined experience as a Translator, Educator, and business professional Lynn has serviced hundreds of clients in the legal, social service, education and medical fields. Along with her corporate experience, Lynn has also worked intensively with many diverse communities in Florida, New York, New Jersey and now Georgia.
